Free Solo – Film Crew Impact

Just finished Free Solo. Lots of thoughts, but the biggest takeaway was the presence of the film crew and its impact. One of the biggest issues with documenting any process is the presence of the observers.

In film, even with smaller technology, it can really alter the story you’re trying to share.

I’ve also watched a documentary every day for the past 5 days. I think it’s going to be a fun challenge. Short or long, good or bad, watch a doc a day.
